Board Activity and Awards
David has a long record of public and community service in Louisiana. He served for 12 years as an elected member of the East Baton Rouge Parish School Board, including six years as President, where his colleagues repeatedly selected him to lead the board. In addition, David served on the Louisiana Educational Television Authority board, the Baton Rouge Recreation Commission as a Commissioner, and on the board of the American Red Cross. His public service reflects a long-standing commitment to education, community development, and civic leadership.
